MEET MARK GOODWIN
LIFESTYLE MEDICINE COACH | CHEF + SPEAKER
| CORPORATE WELLNESS SPECIALIST
Mark opened All-N-Won Wellness in 2009 as a personal training, wellness, and culinary coaching company. By offering a variety of services, Mark established a concept that is unique to the professional wellness sector as a Chef, Wellness Coach, and Personal Trainer. He believes in a step-by-step coaching and personal training regimen that helps individuals who have consistently failed with diets and gym memberships achieve long-term results, lower stress as well as an increase in energy.
In August of 2011, Mark opened his own studio in Frazer, Pennsylvania. Over the next 7 years, Mark’s own growth and research added new services: Egoscue Method Posture Alignment, Chef’s Tasting and Discussion Nights, Class BGM-Body, Goal and Mind, Meditation and Mindfulness component and classes based of his training on MBSR-Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Most enjoyable was becoming part of Team CMMD, a local Cancer funding raising, and support Team. Whether running and coaching Philadelphia Broad Street 10 Miler or putting his Chef’s Coat the team gave him to cook at Hope Lodge, Food Fight or Spaghetti dinner and just spend time with all the amazing people involved with the team and knowing we impacted some lives that truly needed it.
In August of 2018, Mark closed his studio. His wife, Virginia and he are relocating to the Tampa area with a desire to start a new journey.
Mark’s desire and focus continues to be individuals and couples whose lifestyle and choices affected by internal and environmental influences have led to chronic disease risk or illness that may or may not be leading to emotional issues such as chronic stress, anxiety, mild depression and/or addictions through his Lifestyle Medicine Coaching program changing long-term habits to feel their best physically, emotionally and socially.
The second is supporting HR Teams/Wellness Coordinators as their Wellbeing Partner and Navigator working with mission driven companies whose desire to build an engaged culture and positive environment but chronic stress, excessive sitting and poor food choices are impacting the health of the leadership, employees and the company’s bottom line.
He is looking for the right opportunities to bring together his Culinary, Health /Wellness and Leadership experience to support individuals, groups and companies with work/life balance including leadership which helps minimize stress and maximize productivity.
We spend an average of 2,000 at work each year. He is a firm believer we can have fun at work, be very happy and fulfilled while being proud to say where we work.
